While spending just a moment a ridiculous amount of time on pinterest the other day I came across this fantastic looking sandwhich. Honestly, the photo had me with the bacon. Ha. I've always been a fan of grilled cheese sandwiches, they're a comfort food, but combined with bacon and not your normal cheeses? We had to try it. So my husband whipped these up the other night, and honestly it was probably one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. Sooo. Good.
You can find the recipe right here. (that's their photo too,food photos are not my specialty) They come together pretty quickly, so they might be a good thing to try when you're getting ready for Halloween festivities this weekend. My husband added a bit of cheddar to the cheese mixture as well.
