Currently...

Hello, and happy Friday! I'm back with a little post about what I've currently been up to. The most exciting thing this week is that we're headed to the Hwy 127 sale. I'm feeling super thankful and excited to find out that we will be experiencing a bit of a "cold front" coming through as well, so the weather should be in the low 80's as opposed to the mid 90's we've been experiencing. I've made my lists, and now I just need to stock the cooler and stop at the atm. Wish me luck!

I'm currently reading this magazine, and loving it. So much inspiration in there! I will definitely be packing it in the car for the times we're sitting in so much traffic during the sale. 

I've been working on the little fabric art book I mentioned last wee, and only have like 2 pages left to finish it up. 

And I think you know that I've been working away on separating my shop and inventory from my studio. I am happy to say that the new "store room" in our home is finally finished! Yeah! It is soooo much better to have all of my inventory organized and separated from my studio. And did I mention organized? Love it. Shipping is so much easier now. I'll show you the whole room very soon. (before I make a mess it in. ha.)

Here's another little peek into the room though. My husband found me the most wonderful new shipping station that also has these great drawers for small bits of inventory. Heaven!

And lastly you know I've been plugging away adding new items to the shop when I can. Still a lot more to go, but I'm happy to have some of it crossed off the list!

Have fun - I'm heading in that direction today (to pick up my produce from my CSA farm in Crab Orchard - don't know if I want to hassle with the traffic! Hope you get lots of goodies!

Oh Cerri ~ Hwy 127 Sale...oooohhh that sounds like sooo much fun!!! Can I pop into your car...you'll never even know I'm in there as I'm really tiny and I can hold all your extra special fragile finds, although you may hear me being sorta silly as I'd be super excited about all the fabulosoo finds!!! I promise to be good!!!
